I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really beautiful with a garden view and had lots of luxury amenities but were smaller and cold in winters. However, I encountered some issues with my room last time around.

The service was very good, with humble and nice staff, but our sleep was disrupted halfway through our stay. The location was connected to our room, relaxing, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery. The dining was good but could improve fruit variety. The property had some highlights and some room for enhancement.
